Studio Policies

BEHAVIOR CODE
We expect all dancers and their families to show respect to staff members and support fellow classmates. Unacceptable behavior, disrespect (for teachers, staff, or peers), bullying, excessive absences/tardiness, or any other misconduct that we feel is unacceptable will lead to dismissal from our program.
LATENESS & ABSENCES
The beginning of each class contains a crucial warm-up period that prepares the body for high levels of activity. To help prevent injuries from developing, please arrive on time for class each week. Regular attendance is expected of all students and is essential in order to keep up with class progress. If your dancer must miss a class for any reason, please call the studio so the front desk can inform the instructor. Two makeup classes, per class registered, are available to all students as there are no refunds for missed classes. If dancers would like to schedule a make-up, it must be done in the same age group and in a class that is not full to capacity.
WITHDRAWL
If a dancer chooses to withdraw from a class once the season has started, the Director must be notified in writing by the end of the month or you will be charged for the upcoming tuition installment. Until the written notification is provided, a space will be held for the student and tuition will continue to be charged. Tuition is non-refundable. If you are asked to leave the studio for misconduct or any other reason, no refunds will be given.
